Theresa Knower of Entrust Freedom, with offices in Fort Myers and Gainesville Florida, has recently obtained the prestigious CES Designation. CES stands for "Certified Exchange Specialist", and refers to the specific IRS tax code that allows individuals to avoid paying capital gains taxes when selling real estate and trading into a property of greater value. It is worth noting that this accomplishment makes Theresa one of only two professionals in the SWFL with a CES Designation. The other individual is our managing member, Dave Owens.
